Delivery & Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched by Natty HQ, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and, in some cases, update your delivery address or details.

Please note: If you need to change the delivery address on your shipment, this can be done through the DHL app or by managing the shipment online with Royal Mail or FedEx. Unfortunately, our Support team is unable to modify shipping addresses or make any other changes to your order once it has been placed.
Also please note : Sometimes parcels may get lost in the mail or delayed by customs, but unfortunately, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to intervene once it has arrived in the desternation country.
